The running dashboard separates recent momentum from overall progress. Technical capability, deployed capacity and durable company returns are different milestones.

How the research works

Review Chinese- and English-language sources, prioritising primary disclosures.
Distinguish reported facts, company claims, external analysis, inference and unresolved questions.
Map consequential evidence to the value chain and affected companies.
Test whether it strengthens, weakens or leaves the thesis unchanged.
Revise the published assessment and retain a dated record of material changes.

Evidence before conviction
